40 Under 40 Nomination Form

To ensure Mansfield's continued growth and success, the Mansfield Business Alliance is honored to host Mansfield 40 Under 40 nominations.

This is your chance to nominate a peer, mentee or young leader in our community.

Eligibility Requirements

Nominees must be 39 or younger as of January 1, 2027.

Nominees must live or work in Mansfield or a city that touches Mansfield.

Membership in Mansfield Business Alliance is not required.

Self-nominations and nominations by a family member are not permitted.

A business may have multiple nominees.

Chosen honorees are required to attend Mansfield Business Alliance Annual Awards Gala March 11, 2027.

Nominations will be accepted until 12/31/2026.
